Spending Christmas at this hotel was a real treat! The staff was always friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed for my trip. I also loved the fact that coffee was available in the lobby at all times. It was a great perk and made my mornings even better!
One thing that I did not like about my stay was the fact that the window in my room was facing a pedestrian bridge. It was quite a surprise to open the curtains and see people walking by at eye level.

Location was the only redeeming quality - close to public transportation and easy to get around. Staff was pleasant and offered decent assistance. the room itself was lackluster. the bathroom was cramped, and the view was not only obstructed but unappealing. the selection at breakfast was limited, as were the other amenities provided.
The overall impression was quite underwhelming, leaving much to be desired.

Nothing, all great.

The location was great for a city trip, close to all the main attractions and with easy transportation links. the staff was also very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries we had. A real bonus was the availability of complimentary coffee in the lobby which gave us the perfect start to our day.
It was a bit surprising to find that the window curtains opened directly onto a pedestrian bridge. Although the people walking by were friendly, it did take away from the feeling of privacy and security within our room.
